Return Policy
Hassle-Free Returns for Your Filters We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If we make a mistake on your order or the package is damaged in delivery, we will take care of those items as necessary.Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Filters must be unused and in their original packaging. A picture of the filter, the box and the shipping label is required for damaged items.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Once approved, ship the product back to us using the return instructions provided. Returns are free for defective items and mistakes that we have made on your order.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note: Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
At AC Filters 4 Less, we offer exchanges only in cases of incorrect or damaged items.Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you received the wrong item or a damaged filter, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of delivery, and provide photos of the item and shipping label.
Other Exchanges:
If you need a different size or product for any other reason, we kindly ask that you place a new order. We currently do not offer general exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.
